Tarte Tatin aux Pommes
Ingredients:
- Apples (6)
- Sugar (150g)
- Butter (100g)
- Puff pastry (1)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Caramelize sugar and butter in a pan.
- Add apple slices, cook until soft.
- Lay puff pastry on top of apples and bake for 30 minutes.
- Flip the tart once baked.
